Kati Tuemmler joined Protected Investors in August of 2021. She graduated from Scripps College with a degree in Environmental Studies. In 2022 and 2023 she became fully licensed to make investment recommendations and trades after passing her SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams.

Kati is passionate about environmental sustainability and socially responsible investing, and she views personal finance and wealth management as pathways to create security, empowerment, and make the world a better place in alignment with your goals. In the Protected Investor’s office, Kati attends client meetings, assists with investment advising, helps build and present financial plans, and writes the quarterly newsletter.

Prior to joining Protected Investors, Kati has worked as a French and Spanish teacher, a community garden educator, and as a plastic-free shop associate. In her time outside of work, Kati enjoys knitting, playing soccer, reading, and gardening. She splits her time between Los Angeles and the Bay Area.
